The monument is located in north park clone the North baths. It is made of large rock, 1.7 meters high. The base is made of granite rock and large anchor with chain is attached to symbolize that it is dedicated to sailors. The monument was first dedicated to pilots after the First World War. In 1948 a new granite board was attached with dedication to fallen Polish during 1939 – 1945.
