There are many places where you can rent various types of equipment, bikes, yachts and even balls to play with on the beach. During winter if you happened to be in Sopot, you can rent skates or skis and try some winter sports. The phone numbers below are given as a courtesy; there is no guarantee that there will be somebody speaking English or any other language.
Beach and Water equipment, along the entire beach you can rent various types of equipment including deck chairs, canoes, bikes, and almost anything you need on the beach.
Sopot Sailing Club, here you can rent windsurfing boards, or a catamaran. Address: Hesti 3, tel: (58) 555 72 00
Bike Rental, supplies all kinds of bikes. Is located about 150 meters south of the pier, in the park next to the beach. Address: Bitwy pod Plowcami 39, tel. (58) 551 11 76. It is open during peak season, however, after the season you have to call or ask reception in any hotel, who will gladly help.
Skate rental, this is of course during winter, located at the pier's base.
Ski rental, which is located at the base of the hill, is called Lysa Gora, which in English is translated as Bold Hill. When in Sopot, do not ask for Bold Hill, ask for Lysa Gora.
