This place used to be very popular and crowded in the 1970s and 1980s but difficult economical situation in the early 1990 caused many changes to the local ownership and changed its status from discothèque to casino. During this period it was most of the time closed than open. Nevertheless it is still remembered by many as the best place to meet somebody and have good time. The name was changed from Marago to Niki then back to Marago. It is hard to say what the future will bring but it might be worth checking while in Sopot what is going on inside.
